Model Y Razzo Rear Diffuser & LED Brake Light- Hydro Carbon Fiber Coated

Our Razzo Rear Diffuser will make the plain black area below your rear bumper look amazing.  Adding this diffuser combined with vertical flanges creates a very sporty look and increases downforce.  This final piece completes our Razzo Aero kit for the Model Y.  When this is combined with our side skirts & front lip pieces your Model Y will look very sporty and lower to the ground.  

Choice of carbon fiber coated in glossy or matte finish.Made from ABS plastic and then hydro dipped it in matte or glossy carbon fiber. 

NOTES:   This is compatible with our Knight-rider LED Tailight Upgrades, but not compatible with our F1 LED Brake Light, and once installed your towing hitch will not be usable with this installed.

LED LIGHT UP OPTIONS:  This diffuser has 3 light up options.

Recommend Wiring:

Option #1 BRAKE LIGHT ONLY (Nonflashing): Diffuser LED Light functions as a Brake light only and turns on whenever you brake, and it will not blink.  This happens whenever your foot is off the accelerator, acting as an additional brake light. Connect the black wire from Diffuser Harness with black wire on tailight harness plug along with red wire from diffuser harness to grey wire on tailight harness plug via pinch connectors.

Option #2 Tail light Only: No Brake light function in LED Diffuser light, and it will only function as an additional tailight.  Illuminated at night when your headlights are on. Connect black wire from Diffuser Harness with black wire on tailight harness plug along with red wire from diffuser harness to the yellow wire on tailight harness plug. 

Option #3 Tail light and Flashing Brake Light: Full 3 wire installation. The solid red light will be active and illuminated whenever the lights are on. Also, if you remove your foot from the accelerator (and the brake lights are on), the LED light in this diffuser will flash non-stop.  This may not be legal in all states.  Check with local laws before installing method #1. Connect black wire from Diffuser Harness with black wire on tailight harness plug, along with red wire from diffuser harness to the yellow wire on tailight harness plug, and the grey wire with grey wire

Wiring for the Option of your choice:  The wire harness on the end of the diffuser has 3 wires.  1 red, 1 black, and 1 grey.  The black is the ground and the red and grey are power wires for the LED Light.  

To hook this up, begin by making sure that your lights are off. You can assure of this by checking on your Tesla monitor under the lighting tab. Next, connect the black wire from the diffuser LED to the black wire in your wire harness plug.  The one that plugs into your tailight.  We show you how to do this in our video. 

The other wires in your taillight wiring harness we will splice into are yellow and grey.

When the LED's red wire is connected to the yellow wire in your wire harness it will make the tailight blink whenever your brake light are on.  

When the LED's red wire is connected to the grey wire in your wire harness the LED light will not blink, and it will only turn on solid when your foot off the accelerator. (Acting as a Brake Light).  If you want this option, Option 2 you do not connect the grey wire to anything.  

INSTALLATION:  This overlay slides right on top of your stock rear diffuser.  It fits perfectly around the reflector lights, and it installs with double side tape along with screws on the very bottom.  The brake light works and connects with your taillights. It lights up with your running day lights and gets brighter when your brakes are applied.  Working perfect with your brake lights.

Ships with adhesive promoter and self-locking screws, along with 3 jumping connectors to grab the red, black, and grey wires on your taillights.
