We purchase these TESLA OEM Steering wheels through authorized Tesla service centers, and they are fully warranted as they are not an aftermarket wheel, but a TESLA OEM Wheel.  We simply remove the leather and build it up with carbon fiber and soft Napa Leather.  

These fantastic carbon fiber molded steering wheels are the best you can buy, ours cost about 1/3 the price of our competitors.  Many of ours are in stock now!  They come with a slightly larger oversized soft Napa Leather on the sides. We pad the handles so they are very soft to grab.

PRICING:

These again are only $799, and installation is free in Southern California. This price includes returning your original stock steering wheel, or you can keep it by paying $600.  Once you place this item in your shopping cart the price will be reduced to $999 plus the deposit.  There will be a $600 refundable deposit collected, but once you send back your stock wheel we will refund this.

Shipping is free in the USA and we pay the returned shipping as well with our prepaid label we will include when we ship out your order.

We purchase TESLA OEM Steering wheels through an authorized Tesla service centers, and they are fully warranted as they are not an aftermarket wheel, but a these are TESLA OEM wheels. These will not affect any TESLA warranties.

We simply modify the perimeter of the wheel. We remove the vinyl or leather on the outside along with the urethane under the surface. Then we vacuum form and mold the carbon fiber to the wheel core. We reinstall a soft Napa leather on the right and left side of the wheel.

These fantastic carbon fiber molded steering wheels are the best you can buy, ours cost about 1/3 the price of our competitors. You get your choice of a Glossy or Matte carbon fiber finish along with a choice of black or white leather. The leather stitching will be black for both the black and white.

INSTALLATION:

Self-installation takes less than 20 minutes. First, you are buying a brand new Tesla OEM Steering wheel, and your airbag and steering wheel switches get removed from your current wheel and put right into your new carbon fiber wheel.

WHITE LEATHER HANDLE WARNING:  

Our white leather handles are made from very expensive Italian Napa Leather. It is very soft to the touch, but white leather is prone to getting dirty, and staining, and even premature surface wearing can happen when exposed to higher levels of acidity from hand perspiration.

Damaging the white leather can become an issue depending on the acidity level of your hand perspiration which varies from person to person.  With white leather side handles we recommend wearing driving gloves to keep perspiration off the leather surface, or holding the wheel on the carbon fiber top or bottom areas and avoiding repeated contact with the white leather handles unless driving gloves are worn.

This wear and tear is not covered by warranty, but we can replace the leather handles with new white or black leather for $179.

CLEANING and SEALANT:

For both black and white leather handles we recommend using mild soap and water to clean the carbon fiber and the leather handles. Leather conditioner is recommended as leather can dry out, and something like mild baby wipes will clean your steering wheel, but to increase longevity, we recommend using a leather sealant to protect the white leather or even a nanoceramic leather treatment like Ceramic Pro. We use Ceramic Pro 9H to seal the white vinyl seats in many customers cars and we use the leather Ceramic Pro treatment on steering wheel leather as well. 

RESTOCKING FEES ON CUSTOMIZATION:

The Colored Stitching and embedded top racing stripe take longer for production. Given these are custom features, it makes it difficult for us to sell them to other customers.  As a result, we charge a restocking fee of 25% if you cancel or return your order. 

How does the pricing work?  These are only $999, with a $600 refundable core charge.  The list price will reduce automatically by 20% once added to the shopping cart.  Installation is free if you are local to us here in Southern California.
