We are excited to announce our new Dashboard Replacement Combo Kit for our 2021+ Model 3 customers.  This combo kit is only for 2021+ Models 3 with built-in door panel dashboard extensions & 2022 Model Y's with built-in door panel dashboard extensions.  USA production began in August of 2022.  Make sure your Model Y has wooden or white door panel extensions before ordering, please.  

This 3 Piece Combo Kit includes 1 Full 100% Real Carbon Fiber Replacement Dashboard along with 2 100% Real Carbon Fiber Dashboard Door Extension pieces. These are all self-installing and takes 10 minutes to install all 3 pieces. See our videos below.

The way this works is simple for Gen 2 & Gen 3. 

First, we will ship you a brand new TESLA OEM dashboard that we have removed the original top wood or white aluminum piece, and we attach our 100% Real Dry Molded Carbon Fiber solid replacement top (Check the Note for Gen. 3 customer shipping in the frequently asked questions below).  This is not an overlay or a cap, but a real solid piece of carbon fiber that will never come off like the cap version do. We include 2 new door panel dashboard extension pieces that we manufacture with 100% real carbon fiber.  We ship them to you for self-install with takes only 10 minutes with no tools.  We teach you how to install both in our videos below.

Second, you will need to return your original dashboard and door panels to us so we rebuild them for other customers.  We even pay the return shipping and will include a prepaid label for our customers in the contiguous U.S. If you want to keep your original dashboard it is ok, we will just not refund your $250 deposit you will have to pay when you order this.   

Since 2018, RPM has sold thousands of our carbon fiber dashboards and we are the only company offering a real OEM dashboard replacement that is built on a TESLA OEM dashboard core. We are now the only company offering a Full Dashboard replacement for the 2021+ Model 3 & Y with real carbon fiber door panel extensions.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I identify which generation dashboard I have?

Gen. 2:  Model 3 & Y made after April 2021.  Visually, generation 2 dashboards do not have removable end caps. (See photos for clarification)

Gen. 3 : Model Y Vehicles built in Austin Texas and Berlin built in 2023+, have a newer dashboard that has several visual differences that we will provide via photos upon request. If you are not sure if you have a Gen. 3 Dashboard, please live chat our customer service team and a representative will be happy to assist you.

Gen. 3 Shipping Note: First you will ship your OEM Dashboard for us to rebuild.  The turnaround time is immediate once your dashboard arrives at our location, so you won't be without a dashboard for long. Excluding customers ordering internationally, we only pay for the shipping cost back to you. (Select Free Expedited Handling) We have notice so far that these are only for Model Y Vehicles, however its best to check if your dashboard is Gen. 3 before purchasing.

Does this purchase effect any TESLA warranties? 

No, they do not as these are TESLA OEM parts with altered surface parts.  There are no issues with fitment and are warranted by TESLA.

What is a Core Charge Deposit?

We require a refundable core charge deposit of $250.  We will refund this deposit once we receive the returned original undamaged dashboard core and door panels from you.  For customers in the contiguous USA, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

How Does the Pricing Work?

Glossy is $699 for all 3 Pieces & Matte is $749.  This item is oversized and shipping is not free, and we do require a refundable core charge of $250 that we refund once we get your original dashboard back. You will see the 20% Off discounted price once you place this item to your shopping cart.

How does it work if I am a customer ordering Internationally?

We do not pay the core return shipping for orders in HI, AK, Canada and International orders.  Please check our shipping costs in the cart below for more information.

Carbon Pattern Warranty: Real Molded Carbon Fiber is hand laid and is not Prepreg Wet Molded, so it may show imperfections in pattern direction. These variations are normal and are not a manufacturer's defect. Please refer to our Return Policy if you would like to return them.

UV Warranty: Our Real Molded Carbon Fiber is coated with 3 coats of UV Protection. Over time without proper care from waxing or applying a nano-ceramic coating, this protection can wear off. The warranty is limited to 1 year. Slight yellowing is normal for carbon fiber when parked outside in direct sunlight and is not covered under our warranty. To extend the life of our Carbon Fiber, we recommend using "303 Protectant”. Ceramic coatings will assist with UV protection and we recommend Ceramic Pro.

Extreme Weather Conditions: Sub-zero temperatures can cause changes in mechanical properties and create additional microcracks in molded carbon fiber products. At lower temperatures microcracking can further result in the increase of water absorption at higher temperatures, leading to an increased matrix plasticization or delaminations.

Installation is easy. No tools are required. You simply remove yours and snap ours in place. We teach you how to do this in our installation video. There are 3 videos: a demo video, an installation video for our Gen. 1 customers and an installation video for our Gen. 2 customers.

Our installation videos provide the necessary information to correctly install our products. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you watch the installation video/s both before ordering and before installing our products.
